We are looking for a HR Generalist with an emphasis on Payroll.
Skills and Qualifications:

- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
- Knowledge of ADP’s Workforce Now is beneficial but not necessary
Core Responsibilities:
- Being a primary resource to support employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff
- Provides balanced support for our employees and leadership staff in following the policies and guidelines for our company. Being available to participate in obtaining details in employment matters and offering professional and consistent direction
- Maintains compliance with federal, state and local employment laws and regulations for our Wisconsin facilities and our retail stores around the country. Recommends best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance
- Data entry for new hires and terminations in a variety of programs and documents
- Ensures proper processing of payroll deductions for taxes, benefits, garnishments, and other deductions
- Gather and maintain information for state and federal reporting requirements
- Perform other duties as assigned
Hours: Full-time 40 hours per week with weekend rotation. Our typical workday is 8am-4pm, but some flexibility may be possible.
Starting pay: $25 an hour, based on experience.
